Meet The Owner

Mark established his own hull diving business, www.intracoastaldiving.com , in March of 2019 after several business leadership roles in the corporate world for 22 years.  

Drawing from extensive field operation experience, Mark knew the importance of establishing a process and system of multiple diver management and customer relationship management in order to build a successful and professional business. After exploring, demoing, and testing several existing platforms he quickly discovered that all applications where either insufficient or non flexible for the needs of a hull diving business.  He found that manually tracking, manually scheduling, and manually invoicing made it almost impossible to efficiently assign jobs, dive himself, and maintain good customer relations.  

As a result, he became a partner with the founder of HullTec during the early stages of development in 2020.  He eventually took over full ownership of HullTec in July 2022. 

Mark is a Citadel graduate, class of 1995. He began his diving experience in 1999 obtaining certifications to include advanced open water and rescue diver.  He’s been around water his entire life and throughly enjoys it recreationally and professionally.
